| Clubhouse Rental |
 The community clubhouse is available for rent to both residents and the public. Our facility is perfect for small gatherings, meetings, and wedding/baby showers to name a few.We have tables and folding chairs available should your event need them or if all you need is an open indoor space we will gladly store them away.
The facility can accommodate 55 people and parking spaces available. Should the parking available not be adequate, on street parking is allowed. Please do not park vehicles in/on any grass areas.
Below is our rental agreement that is also available for download and printing. If you are interested in renting our facility please fill out the form and return it to the property managers. Rental Agreement
Reservations must be made through the property managers, Susan and Olly Howard. You can contact them by phone at 813-752-7111 and leave a message or email us through the "Contact Us" section of the website. SEE THE LINK BELOW FOR THE LINK TO DOWNLOAD THE FORM NEEDED TO RENT/RESERVE THE CLUBHOUSE.
The list of Rules and Checklist requires a signature, and a check for the Rental payable to WLPOA, Inc. is also required. The rental fee is $75.00 for East Walden Lake residents, $150.00 for West Walden Lake residents, and $250.00 for all others.
In the event that the renter is planning any sporting event, specialized entertainment, or highly active party events (e.g. flag football, inflatable jumping enclosure/bounce-house, dancing, etc.) the renter must secure and provide documentation that a general liability insurance binder of $1,000,000, specifically naming WLPOA, Inc. as the insured against any claims. This liability document must be provided three (3) business days in advance of the activity or the activity must be cancelled.
Additional Charges may apply: $10 for each utility used to support the special equipment (i.e. electricity for bounce-house or water from clubhouse hose for waterslide)
